Abbotts Industrial Cooling warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase by the original purchaser.

The limited warranty is void if the product is subject to incorrect installation, abuse, misuse, accident, neglect, unauthorised modification or repair without Abbotts Industrial Cooling’s consent, or used in operating conditions other than those for which the part was intended.

This warranty does not cover internal or external corrosion.

Claims for equipment damage resulting from use of Abbotts Industrial Cooling’s products will be declined. All machinery and equipment have warning lights, buzzers and gauges to warn the operator of malfunction long before damage would occur. Abbotts Industrial Cooling will not be liable for damage due to operator negligence.

The purchaser’s sole remedy for breach of this warranty, exclusive of all other remedies provided by law, shall be limited to repair or replacement of the part at fault.

Abbotts Industrial Cooling requires the examination of all products subject to claim to confirm that the failure is a result of faulty materials or workmanship. Transportation for products and parts returned for warranty consideration must be prepaid. No charges will be made for labour or materials in effecting such repairs.

Purchaser’s remedy does not include reimbursement for removal and reinstallation, loss of vehicle equipment, loss of time, inconvenience, or other incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or from the use of Abbotts Industrial

Cooling’s products by the purchaser, it’s assignees, employees, agents or customers.

The obligation of Abbotts Industrial Cooling under this Commercial Warranty is limited to making good by repair or replacement, as Abbotts deems most appropriate.

The warranty neither assumes or authorises any other party to assume on it’s behalf any other warranty or liability in connection with Abbotts Industrial Cooling products.
